Reservation / Payment Method:

Booking can be made through the external booking platform BookOnlineNow. To complete your online booking through the external platform BookOnlineNow, 100% of the total amount of your booking must be paid. Your booking is not valid if the 100% of the total amount of your booking is not paid. To pay and finalize your booking, you will be redirected to Viva Payment Environment.
After completing the online booking process and paying 100% of the total amount of your booking, you will be sent an email confirming the completion of your booking. Please IMMEDIATELY check the correctness of the booking confirmation information (name, surname, arrival date, departure date, etc.) and inform us if you find any errors. 

Payment Policy:

Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy. Non-show is charged as stated in the hotel cancellation policy.
Prepayment: 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of the booking and is refundable according to the cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your reservation up to 25 days before date of arrival, no fees or penalties will be charged.
If your reservation canceled or modified later, a cancellation penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Climate Resilience Tax:

Not included in the total amount of your booking through the external booking platform BookOnlineNow.
The Climate Resilience Tax must be paid upon your arrival at the hotel.
€0.50 per room, per night, for stays from November 1st to March 31st
€2.00 per room, per night, for stays from April 1st to October 31st 

Children's Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge in their parent`s room. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. 

Pets Policy:

Our hotel accepts pets.
